I don’t think all these surgeries are necessary. You look fine already but if you already have them set I think your hairstyle is ass though you don’t look NT at all, you give off old man vibes. Change the haircut to cover your forehead, also lean down. Get to 10%, your lips are fine def not a failo. It’s your harmony that matters. Don’t obsess too much
