Here's a morph someone made of me a while ago where they changed several things, including my nose. The change in nose was that the nasion and nasal bridge was flattened and thus made wider. Is the change, as seen below, even realistically attainable?

I’m hallucinating ffs. Tbh I haven’t heard of a surgery where a nasal bridge is widened, usually tissue is removed.
In Asian rhinoplasties, implants are added if I remember correctly, so perhaps it’s possible, maybe you have to specifically ask your plastic surgeon to widen the nasal bridge. Showing them pictures helps ofc so they can determine if they can get the desired result.

I didn't make some insane morphs where I gave myself some top tier lower third, etc. Now that, unlike what I've done here, is what a "best case scenario" would be. But that's precisely what I didn't do. I was conservative in making these morphs so they can reflect what is in fact realistically attainable.

A vertical bony genioplasty can easily make my chin taller (thereby fixing the short skull). Then, after that, properly done fillers with a good doctor (once every year or so) at the gonion and at the chin can easily make my lower third even better.

It's obvious you know next to nothing about what surgical (and non-surgical) cosmetic procedures are/aren't capable of bringing about.

It's for my IPD. I guess shaving my cheekbones laterally will help that too. But, if you notice, making the nasion/nasal bridge wider also makes my IPD look better (because it makes my IPD look higher than it is, which is what I need).
