i think he is biting his cheeks in this photo you can clearly see it... and if not that buccal fat went horribly wrong because with his mouth shape kind of reminds me of michael b jordan it looks like hes biting his cheeks

yeah 100 percent he is biting his cheeks thats why it looks soo bad the line is too small and is exactly inbetween his upper and lower teeth where you suck in, a natural line is way longer and looks natural,thats why for 99 percent of people its very bad to such in your checks it makes you look worse you just have to get lean enough to have it resting tbh,check other photos thats probs a one off of him biting his checks

yes it wont look good on everyone look at this for example,liam payne got clowned on twitter for this look and clearly looks way worse after surgery.. but for jordan barret i think he looks way better after,still tho ramirez who was simply lean has better checkones then any surgery can buy so its a risk getting it,because it only ascends some people but get lean and naturally and se how it looks first before even considering it

Thanks man. I went to a surgeon 1.5 years ago who fixes accident victims. He's pretty busy so doesn't "need" me. He said he won't operate me (I'm quite ugly though) but suggested I go do buccal fat removal. I have a long face already, so I found that suggestion weird. But it's a good doctor.

5'4" / 1.62m and 110lbs / 50kg. I know, I know go ahead and laugh. Body fat I can't say, but I'm skinny but have a very fat belly. I suspect I have some fat stored in my face but I don't look chubby, just kinda weird. I wanted to do buccal fat removal and cheekbone fillers, fillers to correct snub nose, plus chin fillers. My jaw can't be fixed at all, it's narrow and large (not recessed).
Pls don't say it's over, it's very likely it is and I know it.
nah its fine its never over!!! 50 kg and you still have body fat? i think before you get it fix your diet as much as you can first so you are already more lean and get better results

2k calories from sweets only is quite a lot. but I get you. ironically I don't eat very healthy myself, despite knowing better. (I have depression)

Anyway. I've learned about quite a lot of approaches during my studies and here is one I really like. (Although you have to tell me, are you in school / work ? Bc this would then have an impact on WHEN you can eat. - 16/8 intermittent fasting might be an option for you where you just eat 2x per day (not necessarily less).

So here some tips on the top of my head (it's late evening and I'm tired so I might have forgotten some stuff).

- Cut unhealthy fats, HIIT, and bulk. Try to eat enough and don't skip breakfast. 1-2 cups of coffee without sugar per day are great for weight loss! Try some HIIT workouts for 20-30 mins a day or sprint uphill for 10 mins per day. Incorporate some callisthenics or dumbbell workouts if possible, 5x per week.

- Nutritional elements: Vitamin D, selenium (from Brazil nuts), Zinc (max. 20-25mg per day - im being careful here, don't want you to overdose) are all absolutely great for weight loss (or if you're deficient in them - get your blood checked - weight loss can be harder)

- A tip I think is great: you don't have to stop eating sweets altogether! As long as you stay in a calorie deficit! Replace 70% of the sweets with protein drinks (great for body-fat loss too), apples, bananas or any other sweet fruit you like. Have some freaking sweets 5-6 x per week (130-200 calories out of total 2500) but also eat healthy stuff like bananas, apples, salads, mashed avocado with guacamole mix is great, other vegetables, and red meat or chicken a few times per week.

It takes a lot of fucking will power and discipline. 20 is still a good age to start.

I know all this is much much easier said than done. I'm not quite there yet, ironically JFL. Not supposed to be an excuse, but I'm depressed, and don't have much hope. I studied this as I thought it's interesting and nutritional advisors are needed. Starting my master's in it in 3 weeks (online study too but still college).

It's hard for me to give you very accurate advice bc I don't really know what you eat / drink and how much per day.

If you want you can record what you eat over the next 2-3 weeks and DM me the results. You might just need to make small adjustments or drink more water or exercise more, although nutrition > exercise in weight loss. Both are important though.

thats really useful info thanks alot,im definitelt gonna try hiit to burn fat,yeah thats good bc realistyclyi need to stop asscociating sweets,a monster with relasping bc the reality is as long as i brush my teeth after and im still in a calorie deficiet im still gonna lose weight and get more lean,its definielety a more realistic goal,today i went down to the store and got like 50 dollars worth of good food like suchi,almods etc so my diet starts today,im gonna east as less as possible and also try fast 2 times a week,im gonna message you in 2 weeks the results bro see if i see any changes
