I don't know if you can do them in foreign countries, I usually try and at least make a few dollars extra using those websites though everyday just in case. Never know, sometimes you get a good survey that gives you a 10 dollars or more too.

The websites I use are swagbucks and opinionoutpost. Keep in mind you have to answer surveys honestly or at least consistently if you want to continue getting them. I'm sure there are other websites/apps that do the same thing tho.
