im probably gonna use an 8mm screw not expecting crazy expansion since its tooth borne and im using zinc oxide cement instead of glass ionomer so the force transfer wont be that strong, best case i get like 3 to 4mm of skeletal expansion over 5 to 6 months if it works thats a W, but realistically my teeth might just start tipping, if that happens ill just take it out and my molars should slowly move back over time, ill also be doing thumb pulling and plier pulling with it
