Should I do an aggressive cut or a cut that lasts longer but has less deficit

Im 16yo and 6’1 and Ive decided to go on a cut and try to go from 19% bf to 13%-15% but Im scared of stunting my growth, so what should be the most optimal way to do it?

Do nofap it makes you lose weight by increasing testosterone and lowering estrogen
