Should I fraud height?

Should I try to fraud height? I'm 1.83/4cm barefoot, should I try to fraud to 1.87-90cm? My big skull and long limbs should allow me to. But will it be beneficial, I'm not sure what, y'all think?

I just bought some lifts since I walk on my toes anyway, but I'm already 6'2.

I'm almost 6.1 I think, Might be wrong but is it worth it, because I heard it can f up your feet

they're ironically good for your posture if you're a chronic toe walker like me, I put virtually no pressure on my heels.
