yes its absolutely visibly narrow, if you are over 21 you might have to get the mid palate suture surgically reopened

its going to be expanded horizontally, your orthodontist will decide by how much. make sure to contact an orthodontist that works by prioritizing airways and jaw structure and not just someone that will just give you a bad bite just to realign your teeth.
if you are over a certain age your ortho might suggest lower jaw surgery on top of palate expansion dependinding on your specific case

Thx for the help I'm 16 I'm pretty shure I won't need to get surgery I just need a palate expander.
