After seeing this pic of Jordan Barrett I’m seriously considering just cutting to 8% and giving 0 fucks about how much muscle I lose.
Currently weight training 7x/week and have a decent amount of muscle (14% bf, 6’3.5, 82kg) but I’m thinking I’ll just switch 3/4 out of the 7 workouts for an hour of cardio and do an hour after the other 3 weight training sessions. Obviously, face is law, I’m just asking if you think this is worth it? Btw I have very good high set cheekbones but no hollow cheeks atm, probably cause of bf.
