Should my mouth be shut close always?

I've heard only the tip of your teeth should be touching but I be having my mouth open sometimes like I'm sped and it feels like a looks min rn I have my mouth completely shut with all my teeth touching and my jaw hurts is this ideal also my head is hurting from hard mewing

whats your maloclussion? slight gap between top and bottom molar with lipseal suction at rest is ideal

teeth should not be touching at all the tongue should be at the roof of the mouth especially the back

u dont just mew for jaw gains u do it because its literally the proper tongue posture if you dont you'll fuck up ur face even more even past puberty
