it appears to be roughly 1:1 if I look at it in the mirror, sometimes it varies a bit on pictures because your jaw is closer to the camera than your neck is in a frontal shot.

don't think it's made a lot of difference, I've never trained neck or traps for that matter, they just grow.

already got some findings but I'm keeping it for a few more months because the weather has only recently started getting warmer which means I can show more skin while I'm outdoors, it would not be fair to compare black hair clothed to blond hair in less clothing.

I've unironically been told black hair looks more natural on me than blond does.

Right after last thread, comparing with you and @Chadethnic101's torso shots now. I likely might have too wide hips.

Neck at 16.6". Bideltoid at around 26" without assistance.
I'll have to research and refine my workout instead of doing every single exercise I know of for split routine theory...
