Very simple, affordable and healthy diet
Daily
- 0.5-1l whole milk (idealy raw)
- 6-10 eggs (idealy pastured)
- 50g beef liver
- 500g meat
// Note for the meat---- You can sometimes switch it up, steaks are more expensive so it can be ground beef(80/20), you can even switch it sometimes with chicken
Recommended
- 250ml bone broth (sodium + collagen)
- 400-500g fatty fish (1x a week)
- 125g sardines (2x per week)
- If you dont have enough fat just add some butter
If you want to make it more affordable you can increase the portion of eggs and decrease to portion of meat. You dont have to eat exactly like this, im just pointing you in a direction on is good and cheap.
