if it doesn't help much, it's either narrow palate (tongue cannot fit and scallops teeth), or you are not engaging the back third, which i recommended that exercise for. your jaw is downswung so it will be harder to get right at first, but once you get it it's not hard. make sure to rep my last reply as well please.that's what I've been doing for a long time probably for about 2-3 years straight but doesn't really help much

- tongue tie release - had mine today. improved mind muscle connection & swallowing but not necessary
