How tf do i fix the skin underneath the hyoid bone?

How tf do i fix the skin underneath the hyoid bone?
supine neck flexion 2x to failiure 2-3 times a week, and correct tongue posture. other neck exercises are more for filling out the neck and tightening skin at the edges of the jaw.

that's what I've been doing for a long time probably for about 2-3 years straight but doesn't really help much
if it doesn't help much, it's either narrow palate (tongue cannot fit and scallops teeth), or you are not engaging the back third, which i recommended that exercise for. your jaw is downswung so it will be harder to get right at first, but once you get it it's not hard. make sure to rep my last reply as well please.

oh wow it feels so much different with the lower third engaged. Should i do neck excersises whilst also with the proper mew?

    • supine neck flexion
    • full ROM neck curl
    • chin tucks
  • identifying back third
    • tongue taco
    • elastic hold
    • chin tucks
  • loosening tongue
    • tongue mobility (up, down, left, right)
    • tongue tie release - had mine today. improved mind muscle connection & swallowing but not necessary
