The best skincare is diet. Literally the only thing you need to apply to your skin is sunscreen and water. MAYBE moisturizer if you for some reason get dry skin. As long as you don’t have acne (unrelated to skincare, for it’s caused by diet) better skin yields diminishing returns. And of course preventing wrinkles is extremely important for looks and health.

How? Please explain. No skin for your bones, height, frame. Spending money and effort to try and get perfect skin is almost a complete waste. Why fixate on something that’s not important past having normal skin?

only skincare that works is face washing with water, drinking water, wearing UVA UVB sunscreen, moisturising, accutane, retin-a, urea cream and hialuronic acid.
EVERYTHING ELSE is cope

I agree it's mostly your diet but we live in an extremely competitive world so if you can get your skin from "healthy" to "model tier" by adding a skincare routine on top of dialing in your diet then it's worth it

Those are copes. Retinoids are for oldcels and hyalauronic acid is stupid fix your fucking diet.

Idk what accutane or urea cream does

Retinoids are the ONLY skin anti ageing available

Well I have really good skin simply by washing with water a few times a day and having a healthy diet (99% don’t have a healthy diet) and taking collagen supplements.

That’s a lie. No evidence they prevent wrinkles. So then it’s not anti aging just copemaxxing for oldcels. When it comes to aging, prevention is key.

The only, and incredibly effective, topical product for anti-aging is sunscreen.

Exactly it’s a cope. For oldcels.

Use sunscreen and avoid sun and you’ll keep your skin younger for longer and won’t have to cope. Maybe even more importantly, take collagen. You probably don’t get much at all through diet

Yep would still be incel without acne

Well you should still fix it, for it’s an indicator of poor health. And a heavy looksmax if it’s moderate to severe, even if you wouldn’t ascend.

I'm neet so that is going to be a problem

Theres littrely more things to do to skin. It's actually the only part of body you can change.

Nah, tret is legit. only skincare ingredient you need. vaseline is an added bonus

Everything is downstream from diet; if your diet is good your skin will be less greasy and pimply and won't need to be washed so much which will help it stay hydrated which will make it look healthier. If diet is bad then you will need to moisturise all the time, you will struggle with zits and redness, you will burn in the sun more easily and will take longer to repair sun damage making you reliant on sunscreen.

I think the only purpose for sunscreen is to avoid burning in the sun, so if you know you will be out for many hours or if you're ginger. Using sunscreen every day no matter what is stupid and unhealthy. The sun will improve your skin quality if exposure is appropriate.

You sound retarded but “aryanmaxxing or death” is based

Jew language

Acne is not really caused by diet. I know a lot of people who eat a lot of junk food, smoke and drink alcohol and still have a good skin

It's mainly genetic

Depends on ones age

Skin isn't huge but it's easily fixable

Explain. It’s a pretty high-IQ and based post @ArcticStorm
It's actually true , like look at people even just 50 years ago , they had far better skin than us and there was no "Muh 12 step skincare routine" , it's the Diet , I even looked it up

Define good diet? What explains people with bad diets and good skin and vice versa

My balls in your mouth is underrated

Even if there’s genetic factors that doesn’t mean it isn’t controlled by environment. Haven’t you heard of epigenetic?

Yeah sure maybe some people will always have good skin, no one with a perfect lifestyle will have bad skin. (Unless old of course)

Wrinkles are genetic

And what do you do with those 2 minutes of saved time a day?
