Can someone please help me? My sleep schedule has been messed up for nearly a year now. I have tried everything countless all nighters, a bunch of melatonin, and a lot of other shit. The longest I’ve managed to fix it was one week.
Whatever I try, I just can’t sleep only around 7 AM is when I finally get tired. I’ve already tried sleeping for countless hours, but it just doesn’t work. I’m going insane. I wake up at 6 PM every day and go to sleep at 7–8 AM. Sometimes I even sleep until 9PM.
Even though I’ve tried making my body very tired with longer gym sessions and cardio, I still can’t sleep earlier. And now that I’m about to start a job with 8-hour shifts, I’m even more fucked.
Please drop all your methods anything that helped you or could help me. I appreciate all the help.
