Can someone please help me? My sleep schedule has been messed up for nearly a year now. I have tried everything countless all nighters, a bunch of melatonin, and a lot of other shit. The longest I’ve managed to fix it was one week.


Whatever I try, I just can’t sleep only around 7 AM is when I finally get tired. I’ve already tried sleeping for countless hours, but it just doesn’t work. I’m going insane. I wake up at 6 PM every day and go to sleep at 7–8 AM. Sometimes I even sleep until 9PM.


Even though I’ve tried making my body very tired with longer gym sessions and cardio, I still can’t sleep earlier. And now that I’m about to start a job with 8-hour shifts, I’m even more fucked.


Please drop all your methods anything that helped you or could help me. I appreciate all the help.

Take 50mg Benadryl and then go to bed early

You won’t be able to hold open your eyes

Stay awake 24 hrs, fall asleep when you want your new sleep time to be. Sleep 7 hours wake up. Next day go to regularly at the same time, then wake up 7 hours later. Should be semi normal then

start by establishing a schedule
