Does the time you sleep matter, as long as you get 8-12 hours of sleep?

Example: I went to bed at 4AM still got long sleep will I still grow and it act as normal sleep

You should get 8-12hrs and get up when the sun comes up and go down with the sun

Go outside and fix your circadian rhythm and no phone or computer 1hr b4 bed
whats a good way to fix my sleep schedule its currently 4 am usually i just end up staying up all day after a all nighter to try and fix it and sometimes ill end up not even tired from the all nighter and pull another then fall asleep mid day

If its 4 am for you stay up and go do sometime outside like go to the park and stay up until sunset and just don't use your phone for the entire day or just for ~2hrs and you'll fall asleep easily your an animal you're supposed to sleep when you lay down and close your eyes

Not the exact time just still in that range of sunset I wake up with the sun glaring into my face at like 6;30 so it acts like an alarm clock

i just dont go to bed laying down and closing my eyes without being super sleep deprived might have to check that out with a doctor but ill try

Too bright, i even have thick black curtains amd it goes through and around it
Ig that you gotta do smth different and still fit 8+ hrs into your schedule
