I sleep on my back with no pillow all the time, I guess im just used to it. But if you want to use a pillow then use one, its not bad for you and its not going to looksmin you or any bullshit like that

Sleep on floor or hard surface if sleeping on back. Soft surface combined with back sleeping will cause you to hyperventilate.
