I've been searching for a while but I can't find out what it's called when the underneath of your chin is sloped, Does anyone know?

I think my chin is pretty good, but only when normal (I mew naturally)
However, when I open my mouth the underneath slopes down, I see people irl that when they open their mouth it doesn't slope down.

Really confusing!
