You need strong Horizontal growth on your lips to looks aesthetic, small lips is an incel trait. If your lips have very little horizontal growth compared to your nose its over. It needs to be at least a 1/2 nose to lips ratio.

NOTE if you have a weak lower third, big lips becomes a failio, this is why most black people with big lips aren't aesthetic.

Bimax can have an effect. Gunson mentioned one of my lips during my consult. I dont think it will make them any wider, but rotations will affect lips.

Meeks dont have a projecting chin i think you're fine in that department. My chin is tall, 1-2 millimeter of chin projection won't do anything for my SMV.

yeah these folds are a possibility, wide mouth comes at a cost

no idea if it would have any effect but it's always better to play it safe
