my abs would become more protruding and defined if I trained them but it's not necessary just for having abs.
I'll do Russian twister for obliques it seems best for megood then just lower your bf and that is all.
For oblique part you must train them so they can become visible.They are easy to get too

I was at gym today, I am training hard i always try to go for failure and give everything I got, I always go hard and make ugly faces when approaching failure. Rate my today's training (177cm 72kg skinny fat rotter)there you go then. core exercises are irrelevant - it's all about bodyfat. my core is weak as piss.

Do reverse pullups. Just jump with your legs and slowly descend from pull-up to hanging position. Do it very slowly (as much as you can) and eventually you will be able to to normal pull-ups. Gl broI can't pull up half of my weight
On exercises except squat and bench i go till failure squeezing everything i got thats why my reps are low i just try to give everything i gotAlso all exercises that you do make sure to go super slow on the last rep of each set especially on the eccentric motion (when you are going down with the weight). we are 30% stronger in eccentric than concentric motion. And muscle is build from micro tears. So consistency over a long period of time = muscle growth. Also try to do slow reps rather than many and fast. Ideal are slow and many + 70-80% 1rp. Try to lift with volume + intensity for size. Your reps are too low unless you're powerlifting.

You will build muscle while powerlifting as well as train the nervous system but it will take time and it's higher risk to reward.
