They build their whole identity around being tormented losers and take pride in it
They keep complaining and shrug off any and all solutions offered by others
They go to therapy but never bother to implement anything learned
They start doing hard drugs to ruin their lives and increase their loser halo
They incessantly vent in pathetic self pity on forums which brings them dopamine
It’s impossible to help such people.

Depressive inaction is a slow death by a thousand cuts and it's quite hard to escape.

I doubt people wouldn't accept crystal clear solutions. Chances are, for them they're not. Now, is it the right or wrong perception? It's case dependant. I have had many people claim to give me a universal key to solve anything in my life, and oh hell were they wrong lmao.

I say do what u feel and keep in mind it's a process. Self pit and vent and cry and scream and punch a wall and curse the universe. But eventually become strong and overcome it, some way, some how.

I've made the mistake of thinking that if such an universal key worked for them surely it will work for me
So stupid
