Squat, Bench, Deadlift.

Here we have 2 lifts for your ass. Powerlifting squats are usually low-bar, which biases ass more and quads less. Deadlifts are for your ass and hammies.

And we have 1 lift that mainly hits the lower chest, accentuating boobs. A powerlifting-style wide grip loads pecs more and triceps less, making the lift hit less arms and more tits.

The squat, bench, deadlift trio includes:
  • Zero exercises for your lats to build a wide, V-tapered torso.
  • Zero exercises for your arms to build thick, masculine arms and forearms.
  • Zero exercises for your lateral delts to build broad, masculine shoulders that make your frame look wider and more dominant.

Think about it logically:

[ Squat + Deadlift + Hip Thrust ] is a women’s training routine.

So what makes you think that just replacing Hip Thrust with Bench Press is enough to turn it into a men’s routine? S.B.D. is still 2/3 a women’s set of exercises.

Run an S.B.D.-centric program if you want to have a bloated, androgynous physique with no dimorphism.

If you don’t do these “feminising” (glutes are wear the majority of power comes from in almost EVERY sport and are the strongest muscles in the body, jfl at them being feminine) you’ll never get past an intermediate physique/strength

getting strong AF In these fundamental lifts will build a huge base of muscle for you to then later refine with more “aesthetic” exercises (which you’ll be able to do much heavier and therefore see better results, cus you’re actually strong)

They raise testosterone and increase strength. I think I made a mistake by slacking on cardio and skipping legs earlier this year. Destroyed my conditioning and now I have to start from scratch. Sigh wasted a year of my life yet again :Comfy:
