After having little to no succes with bloatmaxxing, I will try out leanmaxxing from monday forward.
I will start off with a 72 hours fast (No food on monday/tuesday/wednesday), then a 2500kcal refeed (maintenance) on thursday/friday. Then 2000kcal diet from then onwards (500kcal deficit) for the ultimate mogger leanmaxxing. Will do this for 4 weeks (losing 2kg of fat) and then going back to maintenance to restore my hormonal endocrine system to preserve my mogger T-levels.
5 weeks from now I will have finished leanmaxxing and I will re-evaluate my situation.
If no stacy JB virgin girlfriend by then, I will conclude leanmaxxing isn't an effective anti-truecel remedy. Other measures will have to be taken.
