Starting leanmaxxing on Monday.

After having little to no succes with bloatmaxxing, I will try out leanmaxxing from monday forward.

I will start off with a 72 hours fast (No food on monday/tuesday/wednesday), then a 2500kcal refeed (maintenance) on thursday/friday. Then 2000kcal diet from then onwards (500kcal deficit) for the ultimate mogger leanmaxxing. Will do this for 4 weeks (losing 2kg of fat) and then going back to maintenance to restore my hormonal endocrine system to preserve my mogger T-levels.

5 weeks from now I will have finished leanmaxxing and I will re-evaluate my situation.
If no stacy JB virgin girlfriend by then, I will conclude leanmaxxing isn't an effective anti-truecel remedy. Other measures will have to be taken.

Leanmaxing is cope, just don’t be obese, it’s all about bones, if you have bones you look good with 25% bodyfat, if you have incel bones you look bad even with 8% bodyfat

I am dead-inside, I can't rely on instincts. If I don't plan something I just sit and rot, which is ideal for leanmaxxing tbh

This is my hypothesis aswell. But I am doing the Looksmax Scientific Experimental Method here.

In 5 weeks we will know:

I used to be reasonably lean (15% bodyfat), but I am chilling at 23% bodyfat or so rn.

This program should get me back down to 15%.

No idea how a proper fast is done but i could really use dropping to below 20% too

You shouldn’t rot that’s bad but you shouldn’t torture yourself by starving either, no one will care. If you do it for yourself so that you feel better about yourself it’s different then

15% is good healthy bodyfat for healthy hormonal-levels and feeling good tbh. Just maintain at 15% bodyfat tbh.
No need to go lower and u get to enjoy some goyslop while maintaining, not having to cut it out like when ur losing weight.
