Ye I mean, I did an allnighter 2 days ago, I wanted to start waking up at 7 AM every day, I feel asleep at about 6PM thinking I'd sleep a solid 12-13 hours to recover, but nope, my body just slept like 4 hours, I woke up at like 10 PM and then stayed up til 6 AM until I feel asleep, I stayed up 30 hours for fucking nothing JFL, now one day later I'm staying up 36 hours again, fml, I'll stay up til at least 7-8PM this time, I have to, its currently 7 Am, I woke up at 11 am yesterday

Ive eaten like 5k calories today lmao, I think that helps
don't drink coffee
Why?

you dont want to tire yourself out for hours only to perk yourself up when you wanted to sleep
Ill get a large coffee in 1 hr, which is about ~10 hours before I plan to fall asleep.

sometimes i feel the same way man, i dont know, this cant be natural, no way we evolved like this, right?

legit last school year i woke up at around 9 pm, stayed up all night in my room in the dark, then went to school, came home at 3 pm and immediately went to sleep, basically got zero sunlight at all the past year

forcing myself to get a normal schedule now since im a wagecuck working during the day. being a wageslave earning minimum wage is already shitty, but when you go to work tired too, its literal fucking hell.

the way i see it is if you make yourself wake up at 7 AM every day, you'll be tired at around 9pm or so and fall asleep, and your schedule will go back to normal

yeah the longer u have this lifestyle the harder its going to be to change it, probably explains why im unable to wake up in the morning
i had to adapt my sleep routine to my life by getting a night job when i was working and now that im studying im lucky that it's all online however next semester im likely going to have to go to school physically and i still have no clue how im going to cope with that
