Important advise, for my boyz who had braces, when you get them removed make sure they take a mould of your teeth and save it in archives. Retainers break or get lost and they take a new mould to make a new retainer- after 3 retainer losses, you’re teeth won’t be as straight as they would have moved each time before a new mould was created. All my friends stared with straight teeth which are now bent. Luckily I had a mould made so my retainers will always be the shape of my original straight teeth so they won’t ever become crooked, regardless if I don’t wear my retainer every day- only wear it once a week
