Day 1: Chest, Front delts
Day 2: Back, Rear delts
Day 3: Arms, Mid delt
Day4: Legs
Repeat no rest day

Im thinking of a UL/FB split for the frequency but I think I wont be able to focus on every single muscle group properly making it look less aesthetic, id probably get larger but not every muscle would be defined as I want it to be

WDYT

Like I do six exercises so every back muscle is targeted equally and is as defined just on back days, I cant do that much if im doing U/L

I think everything is getting hit quite well here but I think my chest and shoulders would appreciate a higher frequency

Hitting each part of delts on different days seems unconventional any reason you’ve opted for this?

Why delts every day? It's a small muscle =easy to overtrain and youre also hitting it when doing chest and back compounds

I would make a separate shoulder day but I want more frequency and its fairly easy to add delts to other days and still train them with intensity

I essentially view them as a part of the chest/back now

Fair but fatigue is gonna accumulate by the time you hit mid delt you wont be able to use as much intensity also taking in account they’re getting activated when training chest
