Currently overdosing d3k2 with supplements.
- D - 11200 IU | 560 Micrograms
- K - 800 Micrograms
also sunning for 30 minutes daily. (Winter coming tho)
other supplements i take:
Zinc 75mg
Multi-V
Calcium 1500mg
Magnesium 375mg
Beta-Carotin 21mg
Ashwaghanda 1800mg
Fish Oil 4000mg
Supplements i consider to buy ;
MK677 15mg
Biotin
Potassium (kinda useless i already have a good intake but it’s just easier to have a better Sodium-Potassium intake)
Anything i should add to keep higher test trough puberty and maximize Bonemass?
