THeres not a specific supplement that can give you bonemass, you can just supplement the stuff your diet doesnt give you (boron,zinc,k2) and pray to gandy something happensI don't

Boron and k2 surely help aswell, since most people dont get enough of it through dietfrom the only supplements creatine and magnesium are the only good ones and potentially orthosilicic acid although studies are in old women and would be diminishing in younger people

testosterone, proviron, sustanon 250, (a homemade mix of random roids that included tren) mk677, lgd, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, vitamin k, boron, glycine, creatine
and some random dick pills from adult sites
I feel like vitamin K and Boron in my younger years helped me the most, but it could have literally been any of these if height is your priority I am also the tallest in my family.
and I know this goes against most advice, but I would recommend staying away from all roids and sarms![]()

everyone responds to roids differently this is why you pay attention to your blood work for me I needed the proviron for the hypogonadism, if you take it, you might not get that side effect so in that case you shouldn't use it. I found LGD through an IG contact then whatsapp but that all probably got shut down at this point so you may just have to do the leg work for yourself
