THeres not a specific supplement that can give you bonemass, you can just supplement the stuff your diet doesnt give you (boron,zinc,k2) and pray to gandy something happensI don't
Wdymngl its so negligible that even a blood test would still put it in range of being margin of error
for instance boron is supposed to increase free testosterone at 10mg right it gives very modest so it would be interpreted as a margin of errorWdym
Yeah, i thought so. That's why i asked to see about other ppls anecdotal resultsTHeres not a specific supplement that can give you bonemass, you can just supplement the stuff your diet doesnt give you (boron,zinc,k2) and pray to gandy something happens
everything I have ever taken:Have yall actually seen results from supplements (especially bone growth)? If so, what supplements?
Boron and k2 surely help aswell, since most people dont get enough of it through dietfrom the only supplements creatine and magnesium are the only good ones and potentially orthosilicic acid although studies are in old women and would be diminishing in younger people
Yes true I do believe k2 is worth it although milk is much more beneficial in terms of both convenience and cost boron I’m still unsure aboutBoron and k2 surely help aswell, since most people dont get enough of it through diet
What iseverything I have ever taken:
testosterone, proviron, sustanon 250, (a homemade mix of random roids that included tren) mk677, lgd, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, vitamin k, boron, glycine, creatine
and some random dick pills from adult sites
I feel like vitamin K and Boron in my younger years helped me the most, but it could have literally been any of these if height is your priority I am also the tallest in my family.
and I know this goes against most advice, but I would recommend staying away from all roids and sarms![]()
What do you think about provirin? If you don’t have hypogonadism doesn’t it cause hormonal imbalance and early growth plate closure? And it is a steroid which is quite contradicting. And how did you find LGD(Ligandrol)?everything I have ever taken:
