Am 15 so not trying anything crazy just simple health maxing i’m on a 300 calorie deficit, fixed diet balance, maxing potassium intake, taking calcium 500mg + K2 + Vit D all in one with breakfast, using retinol serum before bed, and taking magnesium glycinate before bed. What else should I start doing?

Calorie deficit at 15 is super stupid 🤦‍♂️this is when it comes growing and you getting tall your gonna be a skinny uncle twig if ya don't eat

300 deficit at 15 lol
we got a manlet in the waiting
just eat at maintenance but regularly exercise
