Imagine having surgery in a country where peoples are literally shiting on the streets.

I've done an otoplasty in Mexico and you are right. Don't get fooled by the "cheap" aspect of a surgery abroad, nothing worth having successful result.
 
imagine not paying for the best for something permanent
