Gonna be getting nasal reconstruction tmrw and it's put into perspective how transformative surgery could be; my life will either get significantly better or significantly worse and I'd rather take the risks to maybe live life as somebody looked at as human instead of being a sub-5 ogre the entirety of my life and being viewed as "secure", "secure" doesn't get you pussy it gets you maced. With that being said, here's my list of surgeries I'm planning to do in the future after tomorrow's procedure:

1. Laser eye color depigmentation
2. fat grafting for infras
3. 5 Piece Bsso + 3 piece lefort under Dr. David Bell +genioplasty
4. zygo/cheekbone implants
5. possibly philtrum shortening (if necessary)

The 2 most transformative and invasive of these surgeries (being that of the jaw surgery and the nasal reconstruction) are primarily for health reasons, which probably sounds like cope to most of you since I'm obviously on this site but we all know how heavy of a correlation there is between looks and health. I have severe sleep apnea because of both nasal obstruction and maxillofacial structure. I have a really narrow palate and an even narrower mandibular arch with a Class 2. Honestly, I prioritize cognitive performance over looks and seeing as that sleep apnea absolutely rapes cognitive performance id go through a million bimaxes if it would mean I could perform at my peak and it's very likely that I might only do the jaw surgery if I'm satisfied with the results.

philtrum shortening
I will consider that one too with a good rhino
Btw 5 piece and 3 piece why? Not every surgeon does that easily

Yeah it's a very rare procedure that I think is practiced by only David Bell and maybe a few others, but he's the most known for doing it which is why I brought him up in particular; I'm getting the 5-piece Bsso because my mandible isn't just recessed but my mandibular arch is narrower than my already narrow palate, which would require an expansion as well as advancement. I could get an MSDO as well as MSE and then get the bimax but that's just too labarious and I can't be asked to do all that shit. Need one procedure that encompasses all.

very intersting.
My base (without any orthodontics) is a narrow palate, can I send to u pics? Here in italy im planning for trimax, before that ima get a custom marpe (i will ask to do not use hooking on the molars, but only thevpart directly expanding the bone and actually will be a MASPE not a marpe) im still concerned about my lower jaw.
An orthodontist told me that in my case she can cover my buccal corridors with braces. However, I need to widen my palate by a few mm, also to increase the width of the middle third.
The fact is that the crowding is only in my mandible, and yet I'm considered a class I.
MSDO im not sure if I can find it here in Italy. The point is that braces can move the teeth around the alveolar space, but THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO CORRECT IT. It's infuriating to think about it, like those who have spent years of orthodontics "camouflaging" the problems, then these people get orthognathic surgery and have to decompensate all the work done by the braces. It's infuriating; these professionals, instead of treating the underlying problem (bone), play with the teeth, and this only causes problems because the teeth need to be as aligned with the bone as possible. I'll send you the photos privately. Tell me what you think
