Gonna be getting nasal reconstruction tmrw and it's put into perspective how transformative surgery could be; my life will either get significantly better or significantly worse and I'd rather take the risks to maybe live life as somebody looked at as human instead of being a sub-5 ogre the entirety of my life and being viewed as "secure", "secure" doesn't get you pussy it gets you maced. With that being said, here's my list of surgeries I'm planning to do in the future after tomorrow's procedure:
1. Laser eye color depigmentation
2. fat grafting for infras
3. 5 Piece Bsso + 3 piece lefort under Dr. David Bell +genioplasty
4. zygo/cheekbone implants
5. possibly philtrum shortening (if necessary)
The 2 most transformative and invasive of these surgeries (being that of the jaw surgery and the nasal reconstruction) are primarily for health reasons, which probably sounds like cope to most of you since I'm obviously on this site but we all know how heavy of a correlation there is between looks and health. I have severe sleep apnea because of both nasal obstruction and maxillofacial structure. I have a really narrow palate and an even narrower mandibular arch with a Class 2. Honestly, I prioritize cognitive performance over looks and seeing as that sleep apnea absolutely rapes cognitive performance id go through a million bimaxes if it would mean I could perform at my peak and it's very likely that I might only do the jaw surgery if I'm satisfied with the results.
