Everybody in my town gets tanned now. I am already oldcel 26yrs old, and scared of aging and the end of smv at 30. Should i go all in on tanning, or think long term and use spf50?

I'm 26 but I look the same as I did at 22 (low body fat, decent hairline, decent collagen) as long as you maintain those 'signs' of youth you aren't an oldcel

Although within reason of course even if you look great at 35 you might struggle to get with 18 year old girls but for now I'm still able to, although if a girl asks my age I say 22 (who gives a fuck about integrity brah seriously)

But the answer to this is obvious: self-tanner, plus going all in on anti-aging

If you aren't on tretinoin you're about 6 years late so you should hurry the fuck up, and for colouring you should listen to what @larsanova69 said and supplement high doses of beta carotene

If you're norwooding you should get on fin ASAP and take an aromatase inhibitor to prevent the 'side effects' - which actually come from testosterone going up (due to not being converted into DHT) and being aromatised into estrogen

Also if you're hairline is already cuck tier you should work on getting a ht

and lastly low body fat = youth
