Temporal muscle reduction is what i need for ascension!!!

I just found out what my biggest problem is. Bulging ugly ampoule formed head shape due tue a bit hallowness in the temples and mostly bulging temporal muscles.
This would make a drastic improvement for my looks and masculine appearance. The problem is that eppley is the only surgeon performing this, and i will need to travel across the globe
