Im 16 and have been noticing that when I eat less for longer periods of time (1 month) I dont get morning wood. When I eat a lot for a longer period my test goes back up but I start gaining fat and am scared to get fat. I do workout but idk. Should i just eat and dont care if I gain some fat or.
