This should be obvious looking at cranial enlargement in acromegalics

Iirc the reason its said that "pth doesnt grow facial bones" is because when growing facial bones, what youre doing is expanding the periosteum.

PTH works best when theres osteoclast activity, but the periosteum has an osteoblast-osteoclast ratio of 10-1, so im theory its shit for this purpose.

But what we do see is the exact opposite.

"eatment with PTH … significantly increased periosteal MS/BS (+43%), MAR (+690%), and BFR/BS (+540%) … these findings confirm that ABL and PTH significantly increased cortical thickness … increasing periosteal apposition"

From what I know, no. Remodeling is not the same as bone growth.
I dont believe you can change the shape of adult bone. Only grow the size

With that said I have done no research on remodling. Everything Ive learned is in terms of bone thickening.

But I will likely look in to it in the future. Most likely candidates for remodeling would be T3 + pth + HDACi or anything kind of epigenetic tool

From what I know, the sutures are closed after like 12.

Maxillar is the one part of the face I genuinely cant help you with/lack any sort of theories about.

Jaw is easy, zygos is easy, browridge is easy. Maxilla... Idk. Maybe. Its possible that the sutures remain slightly open and using t3 + teriparatide + hgh could supercharge the remodeling process while you apply some kind of force stimulus

Sutures close at 14-16 is what everyone’s saying, so either use the compounds and try to move your maxilla or use compounds for bones first then get surgery for your maxilla? How much is the full stack?

You dont wanna use the full stack if you wanna target remodeling.
It would probably benefit you more than baseline, but it has some anti resorbative agents making it unideal for remodeling.

If you want pure remodeling you want osteoblasts AND osteoclasts as high as possible while using force stimulus. For pure growth you only need osteoblasts.

Yes you can have both. But to maximise one you cant maximise the other.

Not sure if I'm being honest. I don't bother researching drugs that "grow bone" since mostly everything people on here claim either has negligible effects on craniofacial development or is straight up incorrect
