On any dating app you should be asking her or hinting at meeting up already on the 2nd or 3rd message. If she doesn't comply, you next her. Remember it doesn't even matter what you say, all that matters is if she likes your face enough. Always remember the Brad Pitt rule to gauge her real interest, would she refuse to meet up or be acting flakey if it was Brad Pitt messaging her? Would she say "sorry I have to go to my friend's birthday party"? Hello no, she'd cancel any random pointless shit in her life to meet up with Brad Pitt. If she already has "plans" it means you're not her first priority, so you know it's over before it even began. It's cringey how some guys try to be a penpal for weeks or even months thinking if they chat enough running digital jester game she'll finally agree to meet up.
