Inb4 Tate is not natty. Yes he is you stupid lazy nigger. .org is not much different from soyditt in this regard tbh (not speaking for every user of course). I guarantee every 6'1-6'3 guy with good genetics can look like him with 5+ years of natural training and consistency in all areas (diet, supplementation, lifting, lean bulking/cutting, sleeping, etc). 5+ years is a LONG time. I can confidently say it's possible because I've achieved it myself. Currently 210lbs at 6'1.5" at about 12% body fat, been lifting since 2018 (no I will not be posting my physique here because there's no point, you copers will just say it's not natty. Nothing will convince you that you can still achieve a great physique naturally because you're either a manlet, have inferior muscle building genetics, or both. Or you could just be lazy). Sure, they're not the fastest results, but I have absolutely no regrets about my decision to put the work in for 6 years, rather than going the unnatural route and taking decades off my life, just so that I could achieve the same physique 5 years faster.
