The more I think about death, the weirder the idea of reality/life/existence becomes

I like to ground myself in aspie rationalism but the concept of death is literally the most illogical thing of all. You're randomly brought into this existence -> grow up -> do your best to comprehend wtf is actually going on and live accordingly -> you die and reality is just taken away from you - That is assuming death is a return to some black void and there isn't an afterlife of sorts (which would make death even more absurd than it already is).

Is anything real? I'm in the midst of becoming a fully fledged schizophrenic.

it is completely different than you think. Our subconscious is not in our brain but probably in Planck space. Our body is a kind of vehicle for our subconscious, your body simply dies but your consciousness still exists, its not that deep

I mean, you just described your thought process .

You're irrelevant, just like when an ant dies we don't think of where it goes afterwards.

Same relationship can be applied to you and higher forces.

What this guy said, personally I think you create your own afterlife, if you are in severe terror and extremely scared before your death you might manifest some sort of hell realm. There's no real knowing of course. I recommend reading the book "Why an Afterlife obviously exists" by Jean Roberts.

"I often like to think that our map of the world is wrong, that where we have centered physics, we should actually place literature as the central metaphor that we want to work out from. Because I think literature occupies the same relationship to life that life occupies to death. A book is life with one dimension pulled out of it. And life is something that lacks a dimension which death will give it. I imagine death to be a kind of release into the imagination in the sense that for characters in a book, what we experience is an unimaginable dimension of freedom."
- Terence McKenna

There definitely seems to be a relationship between birth, death, DMT and the imagination, so you creating your own afterlife might not be too far from the truth.
