introduction:
This guide is for the Bathmate however the concepts here can be applied to the Penomet. the Penomet is another gator based pump it has a series of gators with different pressure levels. If you are going to use the Penomet just move up the gator pressures as needed throughout the months when you can’t get enough pressure from one move up to the next, use common sense. these are the two pumps I own and use myself the Penomet is more high quality if you are looking at purchasing a gator based water pump the only thing is if you are below 5 inches in length I would recommend going with the Bathmate the Penomet is long and Bathmate has custom sizes for guys under 5 inches. Bathmate is stronger in my opinion, however you might have to replace the valve when it comes in as has been my experience. Also I am very experienced and pump aggressively and have slipped the connection between the gator and the cylinder of my Bathmate before jfl. the pros of using a gator based hydro pump is that it has a limit of pressure that you can't exceed unless you do some unsafe modifications to the pump however they are still very strong on their own and will give you great results. and air is unstable and doesn't offer good support to your dick like water does.
With these two pumps with consistent use you can gain 1 to 1.5 inches in girth and one inch in length, everyone grows at a different rate like building muscle in the gym. these pumps are safe i have used them with a full boner myself at max pressure for 15 minute sessions as long as you correctly condition your dick to the pressure that it will be under you’ll be fine. After using the Bathmate for the first time with a full boner you can expect 0.5 inches in girth and 0.25 in length for temporary gains eventually these gains will stick around for 8 hours and eventually be permanent. You can expect permanent gains to be somewhere between 0.05 and 0.1 for month in girth. However everyone is different I’m more on the 0.05 per month side myself. you grow when you are resting.
how to use the Bathmate
I recommend using the pumps in the bath (if you can) this is because these are water based pumps which means the more water that is inside when you put your dick inside the more pressure and expansion you get. Also the more water in the pump the more even the pressure. if you use it in the shower its much more difficult (but still can be done with practice) to keep over 90 percent of the water in the pump. also if you are using the Bathmate I recommend not using the comfort pad if you choose to go the hydromax route I personally get more suction from not using the comfort pad.
DO NOT start using the pump with a full erection its not safe and there is a high chance of injury. make sure to warm up with 10 minutes of hot water running on your dick or hot bath for 10 minutes before your session. pump until you feel a tug on your dick then don't pump again till you don't feel the tug repeat this process until no more water comes out at which point start your timer. this process took me 8 minutes before now it takes me 5 it shouldn’t take you so long but go at your own pace if you cant reach full pressure thats ok go at your own pace eventually you'll get to the point where you can reach full pressure with repeated use. then you can start the routine below.
Routine:
Week 1- Bathmate for 6-8 minutes (Flaccid, 40-50% Boner) full pressure
Week 2- Bathmate for 8-10 minutes (Flaccid, 50-60% Boner) full pressure
Week 3- Bathmate for 10-12 minutes (60-70% Boner) full pressure
Week 4- Bathmate for 12 minutes (70-80% Boner) full pressure
Week 5- Bathmate for 12 minutes 80 percent boner full pressure
Week 6- full erection for 12 minutes full pressure
After week 6 start doing 15 minute sessions full pressure
You can break it up too you don’t have to leave your dick in the pump for 15 minutes straight I take my dick out after 7.5 minutes get a boner again and put it back in pump up to full pressure again and start your timer for another another 7.5 minutes.
Do this routine every-other day for the first 6 weeks then 2 days on 1 day off after.
This routine and most of what I learned for pumping was from goodlookingloser.com that's a great source for PE routines however I would stay away from the size genetics and phallosan forte for length and stick to a downward vacuum stretcher for length gains. Now I try to train 4 to 5 days per week it takes commitment but its worth it and fun to see the temporary gains and slowly permanent ones.
