The goal is to build a follower count that passively elevates your perceived social value, so that if a girl checks your profile after meeting you in person, sees you tagged in a mutual's post, or receives a follow request from you, the first impression is that you are socially calibrated and high-status rather than that of an incel with no followers.
The following strategy outlined here is a means to an end, so mutuals, social proof, and a credible profile. Later on in this guide I will explain how to use your newfound instagram status and apply it for success. Following girls with 5000 followers and 150 following is a complete waste of time. Prioritise accounts with a balanced ratio, ideally mutuals of mutuals, as these have the highest conversion rate.

3. The Profile Picture
An NT profile picture is a game changer for success. Pictures of you in an NT setting, such as you at the skatepark, on vacation, doing a sport etc will be sufficient. If you have a good physique, include it in your profile picture (mirror selfies are acceptable but may come off as tryhard) so you could have a picture of you at the pool or beach instead, for example. Avoid group photos for your profile picture especially if you're being mogged. Even though they signal social proof, they create confusion about which person you are, and a girl who can't immediately identify you will just move on.
If you are MTN+, have your profile focus be your face, and show it off at the best angle. Mine is a 3/4 picture with good lighting, displaying my strengths which are the blue eyes halo and jawline. Alternatively, if you are a sub-5 incel, a black/blank PFP may potentially work since foids don't know what you look like, acting as a neutral buffer.
To create the best PFP possible, you must fraud moderately. Unfortunately you wont get away with blatant frauding because people that know you IRL will call you out for it. The most gatekept app for frauding pics that your favourite influencer uses is Hypic. You can morph almost any ratio for free, and the paid options aren't even necessary. I personally edited my eye shape to be slightly more positive as well as increasing my mouth width and chin projection.

5. Building your profile
Your profile needs actual content to back up your follower count or else it has no substance. The two things to focus on are your highlights and your posts. Again, Hypic will be your best friend for this. Your two options are to either post highlights or posts, but do both if you can.
For highlights, put together 4 to 8 pictures that each show a different side of your life. The opening picture carries the most weight so make it count. For example, name a highlight "
" and post atleast 5 of your best pictures in the gym, fraud a little if needed. You can also do highlights of you at certain events such as weddings, special occassions etc. Everything after that should build a picture of your lifestyle rather than just your appearance. For example, going out with friends, a dog, a gig, somewhere you've travelled, and something scenic like a sky pic. Each picture should add a new dimension ideally.
For posts, 2 to 5 themed photos is optimal, dont go over 5 pictures each. Keep captions minimal unless they genuinely fit. Leave comments off by default unless you know the post will perform well, low comments are worse than no comments.

If you have a solid profile picture, follow private accounts as well, because they have to manually inspect your profile and are far more likely to notice you, even foids with thousands of followers.

1000 followers
This is a respectable number and shows that you're very NT and somewhat popular, at 1000 followers, you have so many mutuals that people will actively follow you because you have significant social proof.
2000 followers
Highly respectable following, gives off an extreme NT aura, this is a clear net positive on your social status. At this level you have enough mutuals that people will actively follow you without prompting, the social proof compounds on itself. Girls who wouldn't have given your follow request a second glance at 500 followers will likely accept without hesitation here.
10,000+
At this point you're set, you have an exceptional image and the best perceived status, the followers will come to you. Realistically most of you won't need to reach this point for statusmaxxing purposes, but if you do, the returns will speak for themselves.
Beware ofg irls who claim that a low following is attractive, they are only going off the basis of chads profile. They are actively thirsting for chads with low following as it signals exclusivity, thereby a lower likelihood to get cheated on. For the rest of us, a strong follower count is the best way to manufacture the same perception of value.

As previously stated, results are proportionate to the amount of effort you put into following. My follow-back rate for private accounts is roughly 35%, which is exceptional considering how hypergamous these foids are. Although I've been declined by Sub5s more times than I can count, so don't get upset if you don't get a follow back, its all about the volume.
