So a lot of people tout the old " You should fix your underlying problems " when it comes to using drugs or substances to fix your NT and SA.

But what IF the underlying problem is the repeated bad conditioning we received by being treated badly.

So if we fraud our social skills long enough, with drugs, wouldn't that cause our underlying problem to be fixed at the same time, which is being treated badly through years of growing up.

You're honestly just cucking yourself if you think you'll fix your SA and nonNTness by "just trying" .

I'm convinced that you can't just trick your mammalian brain that you're something you're not. BUT if you show it for long enough that you're actually worth the acceptance of normies, through having mogger social experiences with the help of drugs, then it will internalize that, and in turn make you more NT by default.

I'll start low dose antidepressants, since they do make you more NT, and when going out use alcohol and downers in good amounts. Phenibut maybe. Also considering taking test when I get the money. In essence I'll make myself NT at any cost to ensure good social experiences which should in turn make me NT longterm.

But its risk and i think it depends on the feedback u get from people. I made allot of friends and got allot of positive feedback when I was using them. In that case you should get an actual prescription anti anxiety drug like pregabalin/lyrica, gabapentin, Xanax, lorazepam. 0.5-1mg Xanax will DESTROY social anxiety. Just do your research before taking anything, don’t get addicted bro

All of the drugs that lower inhib/anxiety like benzos, gaba drugs, kratom have some kind of side effect or potential for addiction. It’s definitely not a long term or permanent solution. But they’re good to use sparingly in order to help fix your abused dog brain with positive social feedback.

Not a fan of weed, it‘s smelly af, pretty expensive and not what I‘d want for socializing.
Lyrica is worth a try for socializing, just don‘t do it while drinking, also super cheap.
Never tried priligy, you wanna take it to last longer or what? Quick search said you‘d last just a minute longer seems pretty useless but I might be wrong bout that.

Phenibut was a choice, but quality has gone to shit. Kratom too. Both are quite addictive and fucked me up, but were also effective at the beggining. Not for longterm tho. Wellbutrin is interesting, and am currently quite happy with it. It's a NDRI, but I know that people still have their reservations with jew meds.
