Thinking about Zygomatic arch implants

Hey, would it be worth getting zygomatic arch implants, kidna want more prominent cheekbones, or would fillers be better for me (pretty sure theyre a lot cheaper); already planning to get septorhinoplasty bc big/ pointy nose, considering tear trough filler also because I have quite deep set eyes, prone to darkness underneath. (being an insomniac doesn't help)

would 100% be happier after rhino tbh, been my main insecurity since i broke my nose at 17

Fat grafting.

Tip plasty + sliding genio and/or wrap around jaw implant to add vertical height to lower 3rd or go hard (8+ml) on fillers since you already have a decent jaw.

Under eye fillers for sure or fat grafting but jaw + nose first.

Ultimately it's about what bothers you.. if you want nose and zygos and the morphs satisfy you then do that.
