I didn't actually read the cono. I was just saying DNP is based. I've used it. Indians eat a high carb low protein diet, which is awful. High protein and high carb is based since carbs are anabolic, but without the strength training and protein it is utter shit. If they LDAR they shouldn't even need to consume carbs tbh.

Also I don’t think dnp is necessary, only if you’re like 12% bf below and you’re towards the end of your cut where things are getting too fatiguing like cardio/lifting. It’s so easy to get to 12-13% bf without weird ninja turtle drugs that make your skin turn yellow. Caffeine, nicotine, ozempic, subliminals, good music, moderate deficit eating wise + cardio
