Think of the average person who doesn’t exercise, fat and eats like shit, and they still have the same health risk of someone who really cares about their health yet exercises a lot

If you eat healthy and maintain a healthy body fat percentage, and don’t exercise you will live the longest

If exercise was good, more would always be best

Well exercise does indeed cause temporary stress on your body, but its called "acute stress", a controlled form of stress that your body can recover from and adapt to over time. This kind of stress actually causes positive changes like improved cardiovascular health, stronger muscles, better metabolism, and enhanced brain function

There is almost always an optimal dose for everything that's healthy, where more is unhealthy. Vitamins, food, water, rest, even breathing, where too much causes increased damage.

Many people over-exercise and promote over-exercising believing that more is always better, but they are wrong. There is infact an optimal dosage too exercise, that would depend on an individual's repair rate and other stressors in their lives. The ideal solution would be to listen to your body and don't over-do it, but also don't under do it.

Other categories of hormesis that can have anti-aging effects are cold exposure, heat exposure, hanging upside-down, and holding your breath (Hypoxia).

The hanging upside down and holding your breath increase blood vessels in the brain, but I also believe there was some anti-aging benefits. I know for sure Hypoxia increases mice lifespan.

If you have not enough hormesis or too much hormesis you will die sooner.

We're talking about exercise shortening your lifespan, ppl that go to gym shorten their lifespan coz of stress, the more stress they experience the shorter their lifespan gets

and Arnold would look better/younger/healthier if he lived a low stress no gym no roids lifestyle

No man this doesnt prove exercise is bad, i can see where ur coming from but the study has too many issues, its just telling us that it (hypothesizes/assumes) that in pro athletes CAC is more common, that doesnt really prove anything

Arnold would look the exact same if he never gymcelled he would just look more frail because of the lack of muscle. Also I don’t get what you mean by the last point.

Again you don’t give any evidence it shortens your life span. It’s literally just Muh stress bad but like I said not all stress is the same. Stress caused by a brief panic attack won’t age you faster because it’s not continuous. Same with going to the gym, your body doesn’t recognise it as extreme stress because it isn’t, your cortisol is spiked temporarily then returns to baseline no harm done.

You really need to get out of this mindset lol, I understand how it works
