idk whether it’s just raypeat autism cope or something genuinely good. drinking it along side milk but wouldn’t mind dropping it and just drinking milk. thoughts

It is widely understood in the longevity space that orange juice is too concentrated in fructose. Individual Oranges are fine in moderation.
