Thoughts on water fasting?

Thinking of doing a 4-6 week water fast, I have a good amount of muscle (can rep 225), but I'm also at a high body fat rn (23-25%). Thinking of stopping mid May and then slowly introducing carbs and protein to fill back up (muscle wise). Thoughts on it? And have you done it before?

2/3 days max before you run into muscle loss and problems.

and only like once a month at very most.

just eat less or DNP
